Fat Boys Thrive in Big ways at Larry's

I was a bit surprised to see how the Lavender Fat Boys Thrive in Big ways at Larry's home. I don't remember how many years it has been since we planted this Lavender Plant in the front yard at Larry's, but I bet he can tell you.

This year they are the largest they have ever been even after I cut them back a lot this last year. They have got almost to big over taking part of the side walk. The Honey Bee's are having a hay day with the blossoms.
I been doing a lot of maintenance work recently for Larry to keep things in good condition for him. Seems we are always adding or changing things to make the landscaping look better and keep it maintenance free as possible.

At the end of this month we are going to have the Old Pine Needle tree removed for maintenance reasons and protect function of the gutters roof and landscaping work that has been done.

It's been so darn hot this past week, I've been working morning a little in the afternoon and some in the later evenings with Larry.
Last night about 7:30 Larry and I Planted 8 Traditional Box woods in the area that I just cleaned up from the old Japanese Blood grass that was just not doing well. Looks a lot better now, but not quit finished.
Here are some before Pictures and After.
Thanks for reading Larry's blog, please feel free to make a comment we would appreciate it.
